How to Order Your Floral Encasement

Whether your event has occured or is scheduled to occur:

1. Call or email us.
-Tell us about your flowers, the occasion, when it will be or when it occured (up to
four days after the event has passed). Be sure to leave us your contact info. Please
note that the sooner we receive your flowers, the better for drying purposes. As
soon after the event has occured is best.

2.  Option A: make an appointment to see us in person
-You may come to our home showroom and see actual finished product samples,
frame and encasement samples, and a picture portfolio of customer encasements.
-We can come to your home or business (if you are within our franchise territory)
with actual finished product samples, frame and encasement samples, and a picture
portfolio of customer encasements. Yes, we are happy to make house calls
      whenever possible!
Option B: work with us via telephone and internet
-We can work together and choose the perfect encasement for your flowers using
the products page and the designs page on our website while talking together over
the telephone. You will recieve personalized, individual attention whether its by
      phone or in person.
3.   Choose your encasement. You will be given exact prices once we have
together established the type and size of encasement you prefer for your flowers.
Prices start at just $52 and go up from there. We can definitely make something
to fit almost any budget. A 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed
unless other arrangements are made with us. We offer monthly payment plans for
      larger orders (see payment options).

Getting Your Flowers to Us

If your event has already occured:

1. If we are meeting in person, give us your flowers at this time.

2. If we are working via and internet and telelphone, you  must send your flowers to us
via any overnight delivery carrier of your choosing. We will email or fax you
    complete packing instructions.

If your event has not yet occured:

1. If the location of your event is within our franchise territory, decide if you would
like us to pick up the flowers right from this location (towards the end of the event)
    for a nominal fee.

2. Decide if you or a friend/family member would like to drop off the flowers to us.
We will be here to accept them and begin processing your bouquet. Just about any
day or time for you to drop your flowers off can be aranged with us. We are very
flexible and do our very best to meet our customers' needs.

3. If shipping is the only option due to distance or convenience, we will send you all the
necessary packing materials in an overnight shipping package for a nominal fee,
which will include the cost of the overnight shipping. We regret that we cannot do
this for events that have already occured as time (freshness of flowers) will not allow
    for it.

When Your Order is Complete

We will call and/or email you when your encasement is ready. We strive to have all orders completed wihin a four week time frame, however, backordered encasements, busy periods and our waiting for your wedding photographs may delay completion within the targeted time frame. We keep you updated with email progress reports along the way.

1. Option A: Come to ur home showroom and pick up your completed order.

2. Option B: have us deliver your completed floral encasement directly to your home
or business for a nominal travel fee (if you are within our franchise territory).

3. Option C: Have your encasement shipped to yourself or gift recipient. Shipping and
insurance charges will be applied and discussed in full at the time of your order.

Helpful Hint

Whenever possible, ask your florist to always design your bouquet or arrangment using a constant water source such a frog or oasis. Your flowers will last so much longer, look better in photos and preserve at their absolute best. If this isn't an option, not to worry-- we can work with flowers up to several days old, and can replace severely wilted flowers (with your permission).
